The design features striking sloped roofs, embodying contemporary aesthetics while ensuring effective rainwater drainage. This minimalistic approach allows the natural beauty of the site to take center stage, enhanced by thoughtfully chosen color combinations that create an inviting atmosphere.

The cottages are situated on a shared plot, maintaining a harmonious visual relationship with slight variations in block layout. Each cottage spans a total built-up area of 1,215 square feet, expertly utilizing space to maximize comfort and functionality.

In addition to the individual cottages, the landscape incorporates communal amenities that enrich the overall experience. A designated barbecue area invites outdoor cooking and socializing, perfect for gatherings under the open sky.
